This return policy applies only to products (“Products”) purchased through https://miglobalmarket.com/ (“Website”). If you purchased the Products from other online websites or physical stores, please refer to the refund and return policies of the respective websites or stores. This refund and return policy applies only to the refund and return procedures submitted to Xiaomi Technology Private Limited (“Seller”).
Standard Return Policy
You may return Products purchased through the Website to the Seller for a refund and/or replacement as follows:
1) Products in normal condition:
You may request a refund and return without any reason within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. This right of withdrawal does not apply to large household appliances (such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators) or television products, which are not eligible for no-reason returns.
2) Products with manufacturing defects:
You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, or a replacement within fifteen (15) calendar days.
Note: If a refund or replacement is not possible due to stock availability or other reasons, the Seller may, at its sole discretion, process a refund in accordance with the terms of this return policy.
How to Return Products
The steps for return/refund/replacement are as follows:
Self-service return application
You may submit a return request and obtain a service number via:
a) The order center on the Website; or
b) Xiaomi Global Market Customer Service live chat
Note: If you are unable to create a return request, please contact Xiaomi Global Market Customer Service for assistance.
Door-to-door logistics pickup
(1) The Seller provides prepaid return service. After a return waybill is created, you will receive a tracking number and packaging instructions. The designated logistics provider is DHL Express, which will arrange door-to-door pickup and deliver the item to the authorized service center within approximately 2 working days. Each return waybill is valid for 14 days; after expiration, it will be automatically invalidated and the return request will be canceled.
(2) Before returning the Product, you must back up and delete all personal data and privacy information, and sign out of your Xiaomi account and Google account. If the Product can be connected to other devices, please unbind it first. The Seller is not responsible for any losses caused by failure to delete data.
(3) To ensure the return request is accepted, the Product must be properly packaged and include the original invoice or a copy, as well as a printed copy of the return waybill tracking number.
(4) Please hand over the Product to the logistics provider within 7 days after receiving the return code.
Logistics tracking
After you hand over the return package to the logistics provider, the logistics company will deliver the Product to the Seller or designated center. You may track the status using the waybill number. For free return policy, please refer to the “(Free Return)” section below.
Refund or Replacement Process
The Seller will process the request within the statutory period after receiving the returned Product. After inspection of the Product:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the return notice;
Replacement Products will be shipped to the original delivery address if eligible.
If the Product does not meet return conditions or falls under non-returnable cases, it will be returned directly to the customer.
Packaging Instructions
Returned Products must be sent back in the original packaging along with all accessories, attachments, and promotional items; otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the refund.
The following must also be included:
Original or copy of product invoice
Return waybill and printed tracking number
Free Return
If the return is made through the Seller’s designated logistics provider, the cost will be borne by the Seller. If another logistics provider is used, the cost will be borne by the customer.
Replacement Application
The replacement process is the same as the return process; you must follow the steps under “How to Return Products”.
Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Cases
(1) Products beyond the return period
Products beyond the specified return period are not eligible for return but may still be eligible for repair within the warranty period.
(2) Non-refundable or non-exchangeable products
The following cases are not eligible for return or replacement:
(1) Products not purchased from the Website
(2) Products with missing or damaged IMEI/serial number/model/warranty label or those that cannot be identified
(3) Products missing all original packaging and accessories (including box, manual, data cable, etc.)
(4) Physical damage caused by improper use (such as drops, crushing, water damage, etc.), unless the issue existed upon receipt
(5) Damage caused by force majeure events (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, traffic accidents, etc.)
(6) Damage caused by failure to follow instructions or improper maintenance (such as extreme temperatures, use of unauthorized accessories, etc.)
(7) Products that have been tampered with, customized, or modified
(8) Opened consumable products such as electric hair trimmers, toothbrushes, shavers
(9) Products with faults caused by accessories (such as anti-scratch films, protective cases, etc.)
(10) Bundle promotional products, unless the entire set is returned as required
